The group is very well referenced firm and has expertise in situations where speed and certainty are priorities. The firm's focus is mostly on middle market (under $1 Billion) equity investments and distressed public/private turnaround situations. The group has delivered successfully in value-creation projects from over a dozen Private Equity and Government agencies.
With over 30 years of experience, Damien has led many transactions for private equity portfolio companies, high growth and M&A situations, and public sector (Government) crisis management. He held technology, finance/accounting, operations and management roles, as well as interim-C Suite and cross functional PMOs for high growth transactions and special situations.
Prior to starting TritonVC, Damien spent nine years with Alvarez and Marsal (A&M). As a Senior Director and the Global CIO, he performed diligence and operational delivery for multi-billion-dollar acquisitions. He held lead roles for several merger integration (roll-up) and carve-out efforts. He was an early member of the Private Equity Performance Improvement team and established the playbook for serving portfolio companies.
Prior to A&M, he spent 10 years as a manager and in a Black Belt role with General Electric’s Corporate Initiatives Group - Global Network Operations and network systems integration with EMC.
Damien was an Air Warfare Specialist in the United States Navy, where he served with distinction. He earned a Bachelor's degree from University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School Undergraduate Program
